We have finally finshed our washroom enough that we can process produce. Still have to build the bubbler in the large stock tank, but for now, we can process in the sink as we did before. It has been a long journey getting this space ready from insulation, drywall, painting, baseboards, and installing all the plumbing.
Before harvest we wash and sanitize everything that touches the food so only the freshest produce is prepared for you!
